While we try our best to ensure that all of our products are carefully checked for quality, a manufacturing defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case scenario. In such a case, please email/whatsapp us within 48 hours of receiving the product (supported by images/videos) at helloplode@gmail.com and we would be happy to replace the same.

This is also applicable for instances where the piece is damaged in transit or an incorrect order has been received.

Any issue must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of product.

The same must also be returned to our warehouse within 7-8 days of receipt of order beyond which we will be unable to address the issue.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.

Depending on your delivery location and the nature of the action required for repair, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

In case you wish to cancel an order, you can let us know within 6 hours of placing an order, and if not shipped it can be processed. Any cancellations beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.
