1. What are your bags made of?

Plode bags are crafted using a mix of thoughtfully sourced fabrics such as tissue, raw silk and other textiles for our ethnic potlis. However, vegan suede is our most frequently used base material.
The detailed fabric and material information for each bag is clearly mentioned in the Product Details section on its individual product page.


2. How do I know if a bag comes with a chain?

Check the infographics page in the image gallery on the individual product page — they clearly show whether a chain is included or not. You can also check the Product Details section on the individual product page under “Components”.


3. What are the chain length options?

We offer 30" sling and 44" crossbody chains, each available in Gold, Silver, and Black.
If you’d like a custom length (e.g., if you’re especially tall), DM or WhatsApp us for personalised help!


4. How should I care for my Plode bag?

Keep your bag in its dustbag and with its original stuffing (if applicable) when not in use. Keep away from moisture and harsh liquids, and handle crystals gently — they’re hand-embellished and meant to shimmer with grace.


5. Will my phone and essentials fit in this bag?

Most Plode bags are designed with real life in mind — roomy enough for essentials. Some bags, however, may not fit your phone.

6. Can I exchange or return a bag if it doesn’t fit my style?

We truly want you to love what you carry. If your Plode bag doesn’t feel quite right, we may offer an exchange, because your happiness matters to us.
If you’re unsure about what you’d like to exchange it for right away, we also offer a credit note valid for one year from the date of issue, redeemable against any product on our website.

However, we do not accept returns. We strongly recommend going through our Shipping & Returns policy (mentioned in the footer) for complete details before placing your order.


7. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within India. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp or email — we’ll guide you through available options.


8. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order.
If a product is out of stock, it usually takes 5–7 days to ship your order. We’ll reach out and keep you informed.
Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 working days post dispatch.


9. Do you charge extra for shipping?

The price you see is the price you pay — no additional shipping charges within India.
We use standard shipping, and orders typically reach you within 2–7 working days post dispatch.
Need it sooner? You can reach out for express shipping, available at an additional cost (charged on actuals).


10. Where else can I shop Plode?

You can shop Plode at select multi-designer stores across India. Reach out to us with your city and we’ll be happy to share availability, if applicable.
We’re also available on online stores such as Aza Fashions, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, and many more.


11. Do you have an offline store?

We don’t have a standalone Plode store yet. However, we are stocked at select multi-designer stores across India.
Share your city with us, and we’ll let you know if Plode is available near you.


12. Do you take bulk orders? How do I place one?

Yes, we do! We offer special pricing on bulk orders, perfect for weddings, festive gifting, corporate events, or celebrations.
Simply reach out via WhatsApp or email with your requirement and we’ll guide you through the process end-to-end.


13. Do you customize orders?

We may — subtly and thoughtfully. From personalized cards to minor design and color tweaks, we’re happy to explore customizations that align with your requirement.
